Self Service Password Reset
Self Service Password Reset allows the user to reset their forgotten password AFTER they have logged in at least once. CNA's MUST use a the PCC web application on a COMPUTER to setup this function.
1. Once you receive your username and password for PCC, login and go to your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click on your name and click on Edit Profile.
3. In the popup window add your work email address (or personal email if a work email is not available).
Now you are set up to reset your own password if you forget, without having to place a trouble ticket.
